Welcome to Our Library

We now have a colourful and bright modern learning space.  The Library has been designed to encourage students to read for pleasure and enjoyment. Students can read, play games and access computers or their own devices.

We want out students to be able to access, evaluate and process information from a variety of sources and develop a love of reading for either a purpose or pleasure.

When is the library open?
The library is open from 1.15pm to 1.40pm Monday to Thursday on most days.

How many books may I borrow?
Team 1 students can borrow 1 book
Team 2 students can borrow 2 books
Team 3 and 4 students can borrow 3 books

How long do I have to read my book?
You have two weeks to read your book.  If you haven't finished your book within those two weeks it can be renewed.

What happens if I forget to return by book?
If you have an overdue book you will not be able to get any more books out until your overdue book is returned.

What should I do if my book is damaged?
Please return any damaged books to Mrs Buchanan.  Please do not try and repair it yourself.

New Books?
A selection of new books are put on display in the library each week.  These books cannot be issued until everyone has had a chance to see them.
